Ryan Scott Minimums:
Mon-Thur: $7,500.00 food minimum
Fri-Sun: $12,500.00 food minimum.
Holidays and holiday weekends are subject to higher minimums.
Chef Ryan Scott can guarantee that he will be the lead chef to execute your event for an additional % fee. Otherwise, one of our executive chefs will attend, execute, and lead. If Ryan happens to be available, he will attend, but it would not be guaranteed unless added to the contract as a line-item.
